1. Completed Visa Application Form (includes; Business/Residential addresses, telephone, 2 references in Ghana 
2. Four (4) Passport-sized Photographs 
3. Letter of introduction from applicant’s company/ business associates in Ghana (Business visa) 
4. Invitation letter  
5. Admission Letter (Student visa) 
6. Hotel reservation/ Tour bookings (Tourist Visa) 
7. Letter of consent from parent/guardian for children under 18 years
